Jory Blair
DirectorJory has 15 years experience in both property development and finance roles across New Zealand and Australia. He is responsible for delivering functional, well-presented developments across a range of sectors, with a focus on long-term investment.
Jory is also tasked with managing the Ascot Park facility in Auckland, Hayton Park in Christchurch and is in the process of establishing new yard storage facilities throughout New Zealand.
Ben Snelling
DirectorBen has 25 years experience across the property industry in New Zealand and Australia. He began his career in investment banking in London, returning home and entering in the property industry in private development and investment.
For the past eight years, Ben has managed a large private commercial portfolio in New Zealand and Australia, focusing on acquisition, development and long-term investment.
Kim Klabough
property managerKim has over 10 years experience in production, co-ordination and administrative roles across a range of industries, including marketing, pharmaceutical and transportation.
Kim plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations at YARDCO and brings a collaborative, friendly and well organized approach to the management of all yard facilities.
